Judy Dafforn

Judy Dafforn, of Granbury, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. No services are planned at this time.
Judy was born on March 22, 1946 to Donald and Ethel Sutliff. She graduated from St. John High School. She loved dancing and outdoors activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping. She also loved traveling throughout the United States and spending time with friends and family. She frequently spent time in California, Ohio, Michigan, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and Florida.
She was a long term employee of the Kroger Company working in both Saint John’s Michigan and Granbury, Texas. She also owned and operated retail businesses including Sears, Montgomery Wards and JC Penny stores, a M&W Sporting Goods store and The Palomino Hotel in New Mexico. Judy was originally from central Michigan but has been living in the Southwest (Truth or Consequences, New Mexico and Granbury, Texas) since 1987.
Judy is survived by her Brother: Bud Sutliff (Patty), Children: Scott Forbes (Lynnette) and Ken Dafforn (Robin), Grandchildren: Scott Forbes Jr. (Kim), Michael Forbes, Jenniffer Dafforn, Kenneth Dafforn III, Julia Dafforn, Olivia Dafforn, Shannon Hilliard and Krystle Hilliard, Great -Grandchildren: Victoria Forbes, and Bricen Grindle, Niece: Tara Sutliff and Nephew: Jason Sutliff (Usha).
