Kelvin was born in Fort Worth on January 5, 1990, to Amy Hull Fisher and Joseph Raymond Chazarreta. Kelvin was a very proud graduate of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, having recently earned his degree in finance in December 2012. He was also a 2008 graduate of W.E. Boswell High School in Fort Worth, where he played on his school’s baseball and golf team. He was presently employed in Wichita Falls by Falls Distributing Company.
Kelvin will be missed greatly by his family, and especially remembered for his warm, wide smile, his generous, tender heart, and unconditional kindness to everyone he met. The fact he was an organ donor has been a source of genuine comfort to his family.
