Kevin was born on August 28, 1967 in Malvern, Arkansas to Jimmy and Jeanie Haley. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his father: Jimmy Haley, Sr. and his brother: Jimmy Haley, Jr.
Kevin is survived by his wife: Michele Haley of Watauga, children: Brittney and Matt Biller of Columbus, Mississippi, Ricky Haley of Lynhaven, Florida, Laura and Coltin Curtis of Lyndale, Florida, Spencer and Jamie Montgomery of Bono, Arkansas, Tyler and Brittany Montgomery of North Richlands Hills, grandchildren: Maddix, Coner, William, Colby, Sadie and Carson, mother: Jeanie Smith of Caledonia, Mississippi, sister: Candice Bragg and husband Cliff of Caledonia, Mississippi, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
