Pat and Dale Gil

Lacretia “Pat” Lee Gil, 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 28,2022 and Carlos “Dale” Gil passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 with their family by their side.

Pat was born August 3,1939, in Little Rock, Arkansas to H.C. and Ova Farmer Baker. Dale was born October 24,1939 in Porterville, California to Carlos and Dorothy (Dot) Gil.

Pat was a strong woman of God that put family first. She was the greatest homemaker ever! They claimed all children as their own, there were no in-laws.

Dale was a loving, faithful man of God.  He was a retired USAF Veteran.  He loved his family and country and served all with honor and integrity.

Dale and Pat were married for almost 65 years.

They are survived by seven children, Kim and Carl Pfeil, Carrie Bellamy, Darren and Deanna Gil and Damon and Cori Gil; (15) grandchildren and (14) great-grandchildren. Dale is also survived by two brothers, Ronnie and Rodney Peyron.

Visitation for Dale and Pat will be from 6pm-8pm, Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.

Graveside services will be held at 1pm, Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy. Dallas, Texas 75211 with Chaplain Tommy Pophin officiating and Full Military Honors for Dale from the United States Air Force.
