Leo Daniel Smith, 79, passed away on August 7, 2017.

Leo was born on August 13, 1937 in Kingsville, Texas to Homer and Ina Smith. Leo was a kind, caring and loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed talking and visiting with his sister Helen. Telling jokes and spending time with friends were among his favorite things to do. He also loved going fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
Leo is survived by his sister: Helen Carriger, daughters: Jody Slover and fiancé Danny Ware, and Cheryl Zielke and husband Larry, sons: Cory Smith and wife Julie and Barry Smith and wife Stephanie, grandchildren: Samantha Smith, Sean Slover, Angie Vanover, Jennifer, Heather McDonald and husband Tod, Keith Michael Smith and wife Michelle, Danielle Bryant and husband TJ, Kaitlyn Buendia and husband Travis, great grandchildren: Chance McDowell, Hendrix Slover, William Smith, Ryan Smith, Xander Dorr, Elijah McDonald, Joseph Rodriguez and Timothy Bryant, Jr.
