Lin Lovelace, 73, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Services will be held at Brooks Funeral Home in Canyon, Texas, on June 15, 2019 at 11:00AM.
Interment to take place at a later date.

Lin was born on March 30, 1946 in Canyon, Texas, to Walter and Peggy Lemons. She graduated from Hereford High School and took degrees from Hardin-Simmons University and Tarleton State University. After 30 years of teaching, she retired as the Junior English teacher at Canadian High School.
Lin found enjoyment in hobbies such as reading, playing cards, and flower gardening and dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lin and Hoyt shared many years traveling in their RV throughout the United States, acquiring many wonderful friends along the way.
Lin had a huge heart and gave her all to her husband, children, grandchildren, friends and her many, many students throughout her years.
She was preceded in death by both parents.
Survivors: Lin is survived by her husband, Hoyt Lovelace; daughter; Krista Lovelace, daughter; Courtney Lovelace with grandson Anthony Carroll; and son; Rex Lovelace with wife, Stefani; and granddaughters, Lexi and Jordyn. She is also survived by sisters, Peggy Danley and Sandi Davis; and brother-in-law, Beryle Lovelace with wife, Elouise, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
