Dar Jenkins Family, I am so sorry to learn of Linda's passing. Linda was such an amazing worker in PTA and I enjoyed getting to participate with her. She always had a great attitude and a "can-do" spirit. Please know all of Linda's family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jenkins family, I want to extend my condolences on the passing of Linda. She was such a happy spirit at Midtown Church of Christ and in PTA for the Birdville school district. I remember how I needed someone to do an installation of officers for my elementary PTA. Linda graciously gave up her evening to help. She did such a great job making the ceremony meaningful. I was so grateful for her help. At church, I remember her as the center of the family, always making sure that Jim and the kids had everything they needed. I remember seeing Whitney’s outfits every Sunday, and thinking that if I ever have a daughter, I will dress her just like that! I have to smile when I think of Linda, there are only good memories!

Linda, you have always been and are my 2nd soccer mom, a caregiver, friend, and mom to all of my soccer brothers, and the reason I met my best and life long friend, Kylene. My most precious childhood memories are of you taking us to endless soccer practices, games, burgers lake, the park, camping lookouts, and running a muck in your house. You were a constant and consistent that never made us afraid. You are a true treasure to all. Thank you for being you, appreciating friends, fam and even English soccer team coaches to teach us kids true Soccer! Jim, Jared, Hunter, Whitney and fam...you have an amazing guardian angel looking over you now and forever, thank you for sharing her life here with us and know she is in my heart and so many others.

Linda, I will always remember your beautiful smile and vivacious laugh. I'm so thankful for the way God wove our lives together. As high school girls and later as the mom's to our boys.....I know as years separated us then we picked right back up and if life had not gotten in the way I feel we would have done the same again. Your kindness, helpfulness and simple willingness to take care of my kids at a moment's notice will not be forgotten. Your fun spirit will always be remembered as well. I am thankful indeed that I know we will see each other again. No more tears, no more pain but together again.
