GRANBURY — Lucille Jefferson Tribble, 92, passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 in Granbury. Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Private family graveside service at Blue Bonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials: Scottish Rite Hospital for Crippled Children.
Lucille was born Jan. 7, 1922 in Collinsville to Earnest William and Lora Jennie Belle Kirby Franklin. She attended Sherman High School and was a credit manager for Montgomery Ward. She was a member of North Park Baptist Church in Sherman and a lifetime member of the Sherman Eastern Star. Lucille enjoyed needle point and loved her close knit family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two husbands, Bobby L. Jefferson, Sr. and Edward L. Tribble, Sr..
Survivors: Sister, Billie Currie of Amarillo; son, Bobby and wife, Nancye Jefferson of Granbury; granddaughter, Stacey and husband, Marc Lindner of Bedford; grandsons, Devin and wife, Frankie Jefferson of Granbury and Avery Rodgers of Granbury; great grandsons, Eric Lindner of Houston, Jordan Lindner of Bedford, Hunter Jefferson of Granbury, Jacob Rodgers of Granbury and Kyle Rodgers of Granbury; great granddaughter, Stephanie and husband, Chris McCormick of Austin; great great granddaughter, Gabriella McCormick; and numerous of nieces and nephews.
