Lynn Roffino passed away, Monday, January 14, 2019 in Dallas. Mass: 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 17, 2019, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Glen Rose, Interment: Squaw Creek Cemetery, Visitation: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 16, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose, with Rosary at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, January 16, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose. Memorials may be made to the St. Rose of Lima Building Fund.
She was born February 18, 1940 in Ottawa, IL to Marion and Johanna Protch. Mrs. Roffino was a member of Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Glen Rose. Survivors include her beloved husband, Anthony Roffino of Glen Rose; four children, Kimberly Moore of Granbury, Kellie Wright and husband Charlie of Granbury, Kerrie Murphy of Grants Pass, OR and Michael Whitecotton and wife Ann of Granbury; Two step-daughters, Amy Bert and husband Trevor of Sunnyvale and Leslie Jones and husband Ashley of Rockwall; 21 Grandchildren; 16 Great-Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son William “Billy” Whitecotton in 2016; granddaughter, Jennifer Whitecotton in 1989; two sisters, Marjorie Rosenfelder and Eleanor Robinson.
Lynn will be remembered as a steadfast witness to her Catholic faith.
