Mark Alfred Pamplin, 55, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015, in Fort Worth, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with lung cancer.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Mark was born May 30, 1960, in Fort Worth. He graduated from Brewer High School and worked for the city of White Settlement as its’ building maintenance supervisor. He was employed with the city for 15 years. Mark was an avid fisherman, loved to play golf, and was a longtime fan of the St. Louis Rams. He would say his most significant accomplishment was being a father to his beautiful daughter, Makayla.
Mark was hard-working, loyal, honest, and full of integrity. He was a loving husband, an even greater father, a good son, brother, uncle and friend.
Mark is survived by his wife, Kandi; daughter, Makayla; father, James A. Pamplin; mother and stepfather, Betty and Yilmaz Yilmaz; siblings, DeBeca and Michael Fox, Randy and Toni Pamplin, and Gary Pamplin; several nieces and nephews.
