Mary Anne Dobbs, 48, of Granbury, Texas, went home to be with the Lord Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at 8:03 p.m. at Texas Health Resources Hospital Southwest in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, at Lakeside Baptist Church in Granbury. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Veal Station Cemetery in Weatherford, Texas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, in the Chapel at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Mary Anne was born on Feb.15, 1967, in Chicago, Ill. She was the daughter of Miguel, Sr. and Betty (Johnson) Munoz. She married John Dobbs on March 12, 1999, who survives of the home.
Mary was a member of the Marshall High School class of 1985 and has remained close to several of her classmates after graduation. She loved her work as a nurse in the OB/GYN Department at Texas Health Resources Hospital Southwest in Fort Worth. Traveling was something else that she enjoyed. She loved God and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and co-workers.
Survivors include her father and his wife, Vicky, of Slater; husband John; children, Jonathon Davenport and wife, Kristen, of Grandbury, Texas, and Haleigh Davenport of Granbury, Texas, and Marcus Leemann of Olney, Texas; sisters, Maritza Munoz of San German, Puerto Rico, Nidia Munoz and husband, Hector, of Caguas, Puerto Rico, Debbie Riddle and husband, Jim, of Greenville, Ill., and Darla Gatoloai and husband, Fale, of Lee’s Summit; brothers Miguel Munoz Jr and wife, Heather, of Wentzville, Mark Munoz and wife, Samantha of Austin, Texas, Ashley Page and wife, Leah, of Higginsville, MO and Malachi Page of Marshall, MO; as well as Aunts; Uncles; niece; nephews; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her mother, and a brother, Monte.
