I have so many good memories of Marg. We took our nurses training together 60 years ago in Winnipeg. Ours was a small , very close class and we had a class reunion every 5 years & Marg. was there for most of them! We missed her this year for our 60th but she will never be forgotten. My condolences to Susie & Sean , Nicolas & Isabelle. She loved you so much! ❤️

Margaret and I went to South Padre Island in late April of 2019 on a birding trip. We did see quite a few new birds, especially migrating warblers, so that was fun. We also went to the beach when people were flying huge kites. One team invited Margaret to help them get their kite up and she really enjoyed that. I posted a picture of her with the kite in the event section. We did not know that we were going down there on the same weekend as the largest gay pride event in the South. It was a crazy weekend but we had a lot of fun. She was feeling good then so was unbelievable that she would be diagnosed with ALS and be gone within eleven months. She was a good friend, from our days at Kaiser Permanente in the late 80’s until the end!
