Matthew Case Lukins, 23, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Matthew is survived by his mother, Tina Marie Gilbert and husband, Steve; father, Kevin E. Lukins and wife, Stacy; and a large extended family.
