Melody Jean LaMora, 32, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
Gathering: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Saturday, August 19, 2017, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Melody was born on May 5, 1985 in Banquete, Texas to Tom and Amy. She was the middle of three children. Melody was a loving mother. She was a spiritual person who loved yoga and meditation. She had a bohemian spirit. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed hiking, and herb and vegetable gardening. She also enjoyed music. Melody was a waitress at Wrecker’s Burgers.
Melody is survived by her sons: Sven Aackerlund, and Killian Alexander, mother: Amy Snyder and husband Sam, father: Tom LaMora, brother: Tommy LaMora, sisters: Amanda LaMora, Alicia LaMora and Carrie LaMora, nephew: Torsten Aackerlund, uncles: Mark O’Farrell and wife Patty, Kevin O’Farrell and wife Dot, aunts: Donna Robinson and husband Jimmy, Cyndie Hill, Judie Kinonen and husband Mark, Gwen Foster and husband Terry, grandparents: Don O’Farrell and wife Jo, Sam Snyder and wife Sharon, and grandmother Verda LaMora.
