Misty Dawn McIlroy Duncan, 35, a loving mother, daughter, sister and a great friend to many, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 30, 2012, at her home.
Memorial service: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Precious Faith Temple Church, 3204 Roberts Cut-Off Road, Fort Worth 76114. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Misty was born in Fort Worth on March 2, 1977. She attended Keller School ISD and graduated from Castleberry High School in 1995.
Misty was a proud mother and loved her babies dearly. She loved to take pictures, especially of her children, and enjoyed riding motorcycles. She showed and received love freely, always quick to offer hugs and words of encouragement and will be missed by so many.
Misty was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy, in 2008; grand-fathers, James McIlroy Jr., Bill Wells Jr. and James Terry Sr. and Neal Odom; grandmother, Kitty McIlroy; aunt, Patty; uncle, Rick; and cousin, Joe.
She is survived by: Her children, Maddison, 11, and Gabriel, 9; father of her children, Mike Duncan; mother, Barbara Terry and husband, James Terry; father, James McIlroy and wife, Gina; sisters, Rachel and husband, Mike, Ronda and husband, Jeff, Lisa and husband, Brad, Brandi and husband, Brad; brothers, Chuck and wife, Patty, and Fritz; grandmothers, Virginia Wells, Margaret Terry and Angela Odom; and a large number of extended family members and friends who love her very much.
