GLEN ROSE — Odell E. Ice, 90, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 in Glen Rose.
Graveside service: 1 p.m. Monday in Glen Rose Cemetery.
Odell was born April 5, 1922, in Paluxy in Erath County to Douglas and Lola Joebell Stacy Ice. He married Audrey Wood on July 28, 1942 in Stephenville. He was the owner and operator of a motel in Longview, was a rancher for many years and did road construction. He worked as a supervisor for Somervell County maintenance and was a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and a brother.
Survivors: Wife of 70 years, Audrey Ice; son, Billy Lee Ice, both of Glen Rose and several nieces and nephews.
