I grew up in Richmond with Paul and our families attended the same church. I also attended Baylor at about the same time as Paul - graduating a year earlier- but I didn’t remember he went there! His dad was my dentist growing up and I have wonderful memories of him as my dentist! How many dentists give you a certificate to get an ice cream! I also have great memories of church trips to Glorieta that the Farmer kids were also on. I was so sorry to hear of Paul’s passing in the Baylor alumni magazine.

Dr. Farmer was my dentist from the time he 1st started his practice in Azle. It sounds funny to say a visit to the dentist was enjoyable but he always made visiting with him pleasurable, in spite of his grinding on my teeth. My prayers and condolences to him and his family. He will be missed by all of us.

Dr. Farmer was an incredible man, not only as a dentist but as a prayer warrior for our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. He never failed to pray with me when I went to have my dental appointment. One time I shared with him about my cousin's wife who had mouth cancer and he was so very concerned for her. He asked me to send him information on her so that he could make sure he studied up on it so that none of his patients would get misdiagnosed like she did. One time I had the privilege of praying with and for him and I think that surprised him. I look forward to seeing him again in heaven. I will be praying for all of his family and friends during this time. After knowing Dr. Farmer, I have no doubt that Jesus welcomed him and said, "Well done my good and faithful servant!"

I am in shock as I just learned of Paul's passing. He had been my dentist since he first came to Azle. I considered him my personal friend and great dentist who really cared for his patients. I pray for Kelli and his children for comfort at this time of loss.

My condolences to Paul's family. Paul came into the salon where I work every month for Julie to cut his hair. We always enjoyed his visits. He always had a story to tell and loved the Lord and his family. And every time he was walking out the door he would say with a smile on his face "Ladies, have a great day!"

The Morgan family was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Dr. Paul. He has been our family dentist since he started his practice. He watched our children grow up. Every time one of us went to see Dr. Paul, we came away with not only a better smile, but one of his stories. We loved his stories, his corny jokes, his faith story, and the good-hearted rivalry between our favorite college teams. We will miss Dr. Paul. Words aren't enough to express what he has meant to our family. Kelli, and all his family, both at home and clinic, we will be praying for you. Much love! Ron, Pam, Aaron, Heather, Katie and Alan Morgan

Kelli and the Farmer Family, I was saddened to hear about Paul's passing. It doesn't seem to be that long ago we were at Baylor together. It was great to reunite with him at the football games and meet the rest of his family over the past couple of years. It was also good to see him at the baseball reunion and reminisce about days long ago. Deidra and I will be praying for you and family during this time for God's love and comfort.

Dr Farmer has been our family’s dentist for many years. He was the nicest man I’ve met in a long time. He prayed with me & I gather from these notes here that he prayed with most patients. He was sure loved. I remember him stopping in middle of a procedure & having me sit up to look out the window at a deer in the back yard of the office. He just loved life, love family, & most of all ...God & Jesus. He’s in good hands now. My condolences to Kelli & his children.

Kelli and family, I am so sorry for your loss, and those who’s lives Paul touched. There were far too many to count, but his prayer and love helped me so many times. If I needed prayer, Paul was always there. The world has lost, not only a great prayer warrrior, but one of the kindest human beings that I personally have ever known, I feel so blessed to have had him in my life here, his light will continue to shine forever. My love to you and your family, may God’s comfort bring your peace, your Sister in Christ, Vet

My dear friend Paul.. I will never forget when we were neighbors and my house caught on fire. I was in church and you came and told me my house was on fire. We ran out of church jumped in your car. You drove so fast for me. You stayed there to make sure we was going to be ok. I always loved you for that and I will never forget your kindness, true friendship and a wonderful neighbor. RIP my dear friend, may heaven rest upon your shoulders. My thoughts and prayers to your wonderful family.

Praying for the Farmer family and dentistry team. Paul was my dentist for 17 years. He was a wonderful and cheerful man. He changed my wifes life with his special talent as a dentist and his kind warm words that made her feel comfortable. We weeped together today because he meant a lot to us. I know in my heart Paul has moved on to heaven and he truly deserves his place there.
