Pauline Allen Arnold Ricks, 93, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 in Granbury.
Pauline was born to Mamie Allen and Sam Allen near Itasca, Texas on September 4, 1926. She had two siblings, Beck Allen (deceased) of Muleshoe, TX. and Sam Allen, Jr. (deceased) of Granbury, TX.
She moved to Godley in 1928 and spent all but 20 years in Hood County. Pauline was a retired L.V.N. at Granbury Care Center and Valley View Nursing Home.
Pauline married Wayne Arnold in April 1948 in Acton and they were married for 42 years until his death in January 1991.
She married Shorty Ricks in August 1997 and he preceded her in death in February 2011.
Pauline is survived by a cousin, Bill Bryant of Godley; niece, Lynda Hail of Lubbock; stepson, Donny Ricks of Fort Worth; two stepdaughters, Dolores Groom and husband, Alton (deceased) of Granbury and Tenzie Rutledge and husband, Bing (deceased) of Brownwood, TX and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
