Phillip Seth Boulter

Phillip Seth Boulter, 68, of Glen Rose, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Grace Community Church, Glen Rose.
Phillip was born on December 17, 1951 in Levelland, Texas, to Eldon and Betty Boulter. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Education and thoroughly enjoyed teaching History for 20 years.
Phillip’s faith was the cornerstone of his life; he had a deep love for God and much of his time was spent reading and committing the Bible to memory. He was a family man. He loved his wife and children and cherished their time together. His best friend was his Shepador, Cooper, who could always be found at his side.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Gale Boulter; children, Joshua and his wife Sidu, Kellen and his wife Cristin, Brynie, and Micah Boulter; grandchildren, Sofia, Remington, Noah, and James; brother: Beau Boulter; sisters: Betzi King and her husband Bill, and Tracy Daily and her husband Gary, along with many other family members.
