Primitivo was born on May 11, 1967 in Mexico.  He is survived by his wife Melynda; Children Juan Delgado, Luis Delgado, Theresa Orona, Jose Delgado, Marialena Torres, and Anton Hernandez; Mother Catalina Delgado Flores; Brothers and Sisters Manuel Torres, Jesus Torres, Imelda Torres, Manuela Torres, Josefa Torres, Maria Torres, Cuca Torres, and Gonzalo Torres. He is preceded in death by his Father Francisco Torres Rodriguez; Sister Juana Torres; and Daughter Maricela Delgado. Services will be under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.
