Memorial service: 2 PM Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 in Martin’s Funeral Home Chapel.
A second memorial service will be held in Jeffersonville, Ind. at a later date.
Survivors: husband, Cody Moore; mother, Tracie Olivera of Jeffersonville, Ind.; father and wife, Manuel and Jamie Olivera of New Plymouth, Idaho; sister, Gina Olivera, Payette, Idaho; grandmother, Mildred McCurdy; mother and father-in-law, Eddie and Katherine Moore, sisters-in-law, Rachael Dosby and Misty West and a host of aunts and cousins.
