Raymond Brown, 77, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.
Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Committal: 3 p.m. in Barbee Cemetery near Dublin. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Brown was born in Dublin to Ira Franklin and Thelma Jaggers Brown. He married Geneva M. Poulter on Dec. 23, 1967, in Decatur. They have lived in the Fort Worth area for over 50 years. He owned and operated Brown Salvage Company near Lakeside.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Brown; his parents; and five siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Poulter Brown; children, Bryan Brown, Steven Brown, Geanette Andrews, Christine Paul, Deborah Brown and Michelle Montemayor; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
