GRANBURY — Raymond H. Kautz, 73, passed away Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, in Fort Worth.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.
Rosary: 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Funeral: Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Memorials: Rite of Life Memory Garden at St. Francis Cabirni Catholic Church
Mr. Kautz was born Sept. 3, 1938, in Stillwater, OK, to Raymond and Hattie Ester Lakey Kautz. He married Carol Elaine Borgeson, May 23, 1959, in Denver, CO. He was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. He was the Director of Building and Grounds at Oklahoma State University, worked as a contractor at Comanche Peak and later was a Justice of the Peace in Hood County. He enjoyed dancing, sports, RV and traveling, jokes and family adventures. Preceding him in death were his parents, a daughter, Ramona Marie Kautz, and a sister, Ida Lea Hall.
Survivors: Wife, Carol Kautz; daughters, Sherri Brice, Wendy Tomlinson and husband, John; grandchildren, Brandon and Alexandra Brice, Spencer Tomlinson, Jasmine Tomlinson; sisters, Doris and Robert Rosiere, Donna T. Kautz; and a number of nieces and nephews.
