LIPAN — Raymond L. Lambertson, 94, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 in Lipan. Service: 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Lipan. Burial: 2:30 p.m. in Blubonnet Hills Cemetery in Colleyville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Chapel in Lipan.
Raymond was born Nov. 8, 1917 in Niles, Kan. to Leo R. and Lena Corsaut. He had lived in Lipan since 1972 and retired from General Dynamics(Lockheed-Martin) after 33 years. He was a member of Lipan First Baptist Church, the Lipan Masonic Lodge, a Scottish Rite Shriner and the Eastern Star, having recently received a fifty year pin. He enjoyed farming and ranching. He was preceded by his parents; wife, Margaret Jean in 1986 and a son, Carter Lee in March, 2012.
Survivors: Son, Kent Lambertson of Lipan; sisters, Mary Esping of Sacramento, Calif. and Lorena Balch of Yakima, Wash.; grandchildren, Kyle Brandon Lambertson, Kellien Lambertson Jackson and husband, Brian and Kirk Thomas Lambertson; great-grandchildren, Blake, Addy, Kellie, Aaron, Corbyn and Collin.
