Rick was my closet friend and he was like a brother to me. I miss him so much and take great peace in knowing he is now in Gods presence. The courage and love he expressed over the past couple of years is unparalleled and the true example of Rick Siddall. I will never forget his strength and Faith. Rick and I were great friends for 54 years starting at SWT in San Marcus. We experienced some wonderful times and I am so proud of our relationship. We kept in touch over the years and after our retirement started spending much more time together. Michal and Rick are dear sweet friends to Lynda and I. They will always impact our lives going forward. Rick recently stated that we should All Get To Living and Exercise Our God Given Talents to His Glory. I will continue to strive to follow Rick’s strong leadership and example of Faith. I love him and will forever miss him..

Rick was like a brother to me. Our friendship began when we were six months old. Our parents put us in the same playpen while they frequently played Bridge. We were practically inseparable through our teens. Friends referred to us as “Big Rick & Little Rick.” I cannot think of a sport that my buddy Rick could not play. He taught me to play golf and there were days when we would play dawn ‘til dusk. We hunted, fished, water skied, hiked and so much more...ever the competitor. We were college roommates. His positive attitude gave me strength. Rick just liked to have fun and as Dudley Moore said in the movie ARTHUR, “Isn’t fun the best thing to have?” I have so many wonderful memories of the fun times we had and I am so blessed to have had him in my life.

Ricky and I were friends way back when, regrettably lost touch with him over the years. Only the best memeories, he was a soild kind of guy, friendly, funny, a pleasure to be around.

Rick was a very gentle mannered man who loved life. I got to know him while driving a bus and playing golf with him. We spent many hours in a cart together visiting about life and golf. I moved away for 5 1/2 years and returned where I happened to run into him in Walmart. He told me he had a set back but was beginning to feel better and would like to play a round in the near future. We did and then I bought our meal afterwards. It will be a meal I will always cherish. I am praying for his family that God will give them comfort. He was a true gentleman. I am richly blessed for having known him.
