Where do I start. I an so saddened at the loss of Bobby. Patricia, Stephanie and Terri, my heart is hurting for you. I guess it started in1965 ish, my dad(brand new to Texas from Kentucky) was in line at a store and the man in front of him was a dollar short. He gave the man a dollar. The man was Bobby's Dad. Brother Rockwell thanked him, talked a bit and invited him to church. After dad goes back to Kentucky to get mom and the rest of the kids, the families become friends. Fast forward a few months.... Patricia is baby sitting me when she goes into labor with Stephanie. I'm not going to tell our age but I was an infant and Steph is just a few months younger than me. So, I can say that there is no part of my 50 year life that does not include the Rockwell family. The Dallas Cowboys, Texaco, did I mention The Cowboys?....Did you know that Bobby was once Tom Landry's son, nephew , whatever it was it got him in with the 'Big Dogs' at the game (in the dark blue limo he borrowed from some friend that owned a dealership. Bobby added the silver star.(I think. Maybe it was a Super Bowl) Don't forget the needles he used to poke people with to keep them out of front of him at the Cowboy games.(Stephanie knows what I'm talking about.) I haven't been in contact with the family much in the recent years but this family is and will always be in my life. Thank you for the opportunity I had to see Him, Patricia and many more at Beaumont Ranch. Bobby will be missed so much. The man was so full of life, fun and family. I love you all very much and will always cherish having the Rockwell's in my life.

Lighting a candle to remember Terri and Stephanie's dad. The fun Terri and I had in the summers growing up and her dad's joking personality.
