Ron was a dear friend and a hell of a guy. He was one of the nicest most giving gentlemen you could ever meet. He loved his kids and grandkids and would always talk about them when I got to see him. He will be missed by many and was loved by all who met him. RIP my good man I know you are playing a round of golf on God's golden golf course today.

My condolences to all Ron's family. I've known Ron for a lot of years since he was married to my best friend, Carol. We all had many good times together especially back in our Shy Gringo horse racing days. We went all over Texas racing and wound up in Ruidoso for the Quarter Horse Futurity where Shy Gringo was picked to win. Ron went on all or most of these trips and had a blast along with us all. As I said before, good times. Ron will be missed by his family & friends.
