Mrs. Ruth Ford Hall, 87, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015, in Azle.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Ruth was born on November 11, 1927, and was one of seven siblings born to Patrick and Lela Ford in Azle. She resided in Azle until her death. She attended the Azle school system where she graduated.
Ruth was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend to all that knew her. Her Christian faith was the life force she believed in and spent many years as a Sunday school teacher and singing in the choir.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Richard Vance Hall, in June of 2000 and a grandson, Matthew Vance Hall, in March of 2003.
She is survived by her son, Richard Vance Hall Jr. (Vandra) of Burleson; daughters, Elaine Pennington (David) of Richland Hills, Ellen Hall (Mark Powell) of Fort Worth, Susan Lewandowski (Jerry) of Azle; sister, Bonnie Nabers (Leroy) of Springtown; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
