I grew up in Diamond Community near Fort Scott KS. I lived near Ruth and Yvonne Skinner so we girls played often while our parents and Yvonnes’s grandparents visited. Ruth was such a happy caring girl and she was beautiful inside and out. Then as adults I was also friends with Roberta DeCoudres and the 3 of us had some good times. So terribly sorry for your loses but we know she is having her heavenly award with her beloved daughter.

Meet Ruth several years ago, she, Don and Megan helped us with Cancer Care fund raisers. She was always cheerful and helpful to anyone who needed her. I would run across her from time to time in town, she always had time to stop and visit. I hurt for her family now in this sad time. Prayers that you each will seek peace in knowing that she has left this world of pain and evil. Her memory lingers on here through you her family, and all those who knew her.

Ruth was one of my high school circle of friends. Always the first to fall asleep at our slumber parties. Never one to mince words. Our circle is much smaller now, but Heaven will be a livelier place with Ruthie in it.
