Sara Dale Bell, a loving mother and homemaker, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016. There will be a private committal on Saturday, September 3, at Rio Vista Cemetery. Sara is survived by her sons, Charles Vining and wife, Jamie, Seth Vining and wife, Colleen, and Alex Vining.
