Savanah Alexandria Moss, 16, was born at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville Fla., on Sept. 9, 1998. Beloved daughter of Kurk and Betty Moss, she was tragically taken Sunday, May 17, 2015, in Azle.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a love donation in memory of Savanah to a local church youth ministry to send a child to camp. The family will be donating to Lakeside Church of God Youth Ministry in honor of Savanah’s hopes to positively impact other young people.
Savanah, a student at Azle High School, was active in the Civil Air Patrol and had recently earned her first merit. Music, singing and art played a huge part in her life; above all, she was happiest surrounded by her family and friends.
Savanah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald R. Jackson.
She is survived by: Her parents, Kurk and Betty Moss of Azle; great-grandparents, Susan Ives-Boarland of Chugiak, Alaska, and Joyce Jackson of Weatherford; grandparents, Gary E. Moss of Kingman, Ariz., and Rita C. Jackson of Willow, Alaska; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and family from far and wide.
