From birth until her death, Selma nourished the people around her. She was a virtuous woman with generosity and grace for all. She never met a stranger and made deep and enduring friendships that she cherished all her days. She loved fiercely, stood firm with mercy and grace, and showered everyone with encouragement till she drew her last breath.

Known to many as Glamma, she left a sparkle and words of wisdom not to be forgotten. May her legacy continue to shine through all her knew her.
She was married to Walter Chop Johnson for 54 years and cherished her children, Buddy Johnson and Stephanie Johnson Duran. Her grandchildren, ShaNell Harbin, Garrett Johnson and Kendall Maxwell, were her pride and joy, along with her great-grandchildren, Brynlee and Nolyn Harbin, and Scarlett Rae Johnson.
