GRANBURY — Sharron R. Hardin, 69, passed away Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, in Fort Worth after a short bout with lung cancer.
Funeral: Services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 1, 2012, at Oak Trail Baptist Church. Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park.
Memorials: Memorials may be made to Amerian Cancer Society.

Sharron was born to Gladys Mae Smith Wilson and James Vonard Wilson on Oct. 28, 1942, in Quanah, Texas.

Sharron worked as a bookkeeper and inspector for many years. She was retired and a caregiver in her last years. Sharron loved her family, reading, flowers and plants. She suffered and conquered many hardships and adversities in her life only to succumb to cancer. Sharron was a member of Oak Trail Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Von Andrew

Sharron was a wonderful and true friend. My family and I feel as if we had known her forever. She kept in touch via e-mail and we looked forward to seeing each other at the Texas Locksmith Conventions every year. We will miss dearly, but she will remain in our hearts forever.
