Sheila Rose Hutton, a greatly devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away September 14, 2021, at the age of 53, in Fort Worth, TX, after a courageous 15- year battle with a brain tumor.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 in Biggers Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jonas Bohlin will officiate
Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Biggers Funeral Home.
Sheila, also known as Nana, Sheila Lance, and C, was born in Covington, KY on December 25, 1967 to Eddie Wayne and Sharon Cox Wright. She moved to Texas when she was 17 years old and devoted her life to her children and 12 grandchildren, Gracie, Jaymee, Tristen, Isabel, Taylor, Peyton, Caylon, Chloe, Hunter, Madilyn, Andrew, and Kinsley.
Sheila was a very spiritual person and member of Fullness In Christ Church. She loved to laugh and make others laugh as well. In her younger years, she worked in the nursery of Azle First Assembly of God, and she loved teaching the “Missionettes.” Despite her declining health and physical suffering she endured, she remained positive and praised God each day for many blessings. Sheila will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all that knew her.
She is predeceased by her father, Eddie Wayne Wright.
Sheila is survived by her husband, Thomas Hutton; her mother, Sharon Wright; her sisters, Penny Brumer, Tammy Allen, and Kathy Phelps; her son, David (Felicia) Lance; her daughters, Stacy Lance (Jeffrey Blumer), Jessica (Gregory) Griggs, Amber Lance (Jesse Ferry).
