Shelly Moore, 54, of Hood County, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Service: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 17, 2018, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury, Interment: WM Miller Cemetery, Waples, Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday, July 16, 2018, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Shelly was born on February 2, 1964 in Springdale, Arkansas to Leon and Donna Trotter. She married Ann Godi on May 7, 2016 at their home in Hood County. Shelly and Ann met at Cracker Barrel, where Shelly was Ann’s trainer. Shelly’s love of grilling and cooking enabled her to train Ann to be a good cook, with Ann finally mastering dumplings.
Shelly was generous, fierce and devoted to her family. She was very spiritual and loved Jesus. She strongly believed in peace, love and happiness.
Shelly loved spending time outdoors; camping, fishing, and loved travelling to Colorado especially Pikes Peak. She was also a die-hard Green Bay Packers Fan. She was preceded in death by her dad: Leon Trottter, grandmother: Virginia Keller, grandfather: Ray Davis, aunt: Vicki Stacks, and brother-in-law: James Godi.
Shelly is survived by her wife: Ann Moore, children: Michael Martin and wife Brittney, Shannon Moore and boyfriend Marvin Morales, Christian Godi, and Samuel Hummel, grandchildren: Braylee Martin, Silas Martin, Aubrey Martin and Avery Martin, mother: Donna Roby, siblings: Wayne Trotter, Speedy Trotter, Shawna Mejias and husband Dwight, and Scooter Negrete, mother-in-law: Paula Godi, and three nieces and four nephews.
