Steven Lovoid Brooks, Jr., 41, of Granbury, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
He was born April 20, 1977 in Houston, Texas to Sharon McHenry and Steven Brooks, Sr. Steven was often referred to as “Dennis the Menace” because of the cowlick he had. Steven was an only grandchild. He was a very devoted Christian with a fighting spirit. He was a father to the fatherless and he was a great stepdad. Steven loved to ride motorcycles. He enjoyed being a tattoo artist, and he was very artistic.
Steven was preceded in death by his grandfather: Lonnie Gene Brooks and godfather and uncle: Daniel J. McHenry III.
Steven is survived by parents: Steven Brooks Sr. and Sharon McHenry; grandparents: Dan and Betty McHenry; friend: Steven Lester, Jr. and many others.
He loved his family and will be greatly missed.
