Ted was a true hero in every sense of the word. I appreciated him coming to our house and working on our air conditioner, even if we weren’t there. He made everyone feel like they were priority number one. We miss him so much but knowing where he is comforts me until we see him again!

Teddy Smith and I were grade school buddies. I remember him being so funny especially when he was with his friend Danny Greer. They used to pull pranks on all the girls in grade school. One time he and a few other guys put a smashed horn toad in my desk and when I came in from recess and lifted my desktop - there are laid that horn toad. I screamed bloody murder and they fell out of their chairs laughing so hard. It just so happened that we had a substitute teacher that very day and she went berserk. Anyway Teddy made my grade school years very memorable. I wish I could known him is his adult years, however I never forgot him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I remember the time that Ted and a friend came to visit in Missouri with Mamo and Grandad around the 4 of July many many years ago. His friend burned his hand on a firework. Condolences to Aunt Christine and family. Diane
