Thelma Mae Cummins Teague, 96, passed away Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, in White Settlement.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in McAdams Cemetery near Possom Kingdom Lake. Her nephew, Floyd Hollingsworth, will officiate. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Thelma was born April 27, 1916, to Louis and Minnie Shiplet Cummins. In her later years, she moved to Jacksboro and was a nurse in Jacksboro and Wichita Falls General Hospital. In 1963, she moved to Hollis, Okla., and was a nurse at Harmon Memorial Hospital for 20 years. She retired and moved to Fort Worth in 1995.
Thelma was preceded in death by her son, Ralph Teague; a granddaughter, Rhonda; five brothers, Denzil, Lloyd, Forrest, Dude Cummins and Bill Pointer.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Renitta Pippin-Noblett and husband, Cliff; great-granddaughter, Racey Pippin; daughter-in-law, Retha Teague Dickerson; eight nieces; four nephews; and a number of extended family members.
