Tom was born on September 5, 1964 in Long Beach, California to Bernadette and Thomas Franklin Simpson, Sr. He was a dedicated maintenance worker at Covia.
Tom married Donna Gabriel on September 4, 1982 in Fairview Height, Illinois. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father: Tom Simpson, mother: Bernie Thompson, and brother: Brad Simpson.
Tom is survived by his wife of 38 years: Donna Simpson, children: Nicholas Simpson and wife Stacey, Stephanie Thomas and husband Jonny, Sarah Simpson and George Martinez, Jeffery Simpson and Ashley Patterson, and Robert Simpson, eleven grandchildren, brother: Bill Simpson, sister: Suzanne Simpson, and stepmother: Tedra Simpson.
