TOLAR — Tommy J. Couch, 70, passed away Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 in Fort Worth. Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Interment: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Evergreen Cemetery in Gustine. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Tommy was born Nov. 18, 1944 in Gorman to T.J. and Martha Mae Thompson Couch. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired from Amtrak Railroad in 1995. He married Amanda Benavidez on Oct. 14, 1972 in Sanderson. Tommy had lived in Tolar since 1990 and enjoyed WWE Wrestling, football, woodworking and leather work. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: Wife, Amanda Couch of Tolar; sons, Wade and wife, Heidi Couch of Grand Prairie, Tommy and wife, April Couch of Granbury and John and wife, Lacey Couch of Hamilton; daughter, Latresa Couch and Mark Drewery of Nacogdoches; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Sue and husband, Jim Plinner of Lufkin and Synthia and husband, Lindon Droke of Los Angeles, Calif.
