Virginia “Ginny”Box Welborn, 90, went home to be with God on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Memorial Service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 7, 2018, Lakeside Baptist Church, Inurnment: Fairview Cemetery, Pampa, Texas will be held at a later date.

Virginia was born on June 21, 1928 in Vernon, Texas to C. Baron and Gladys Box. She married Nolan “Sonny” Welborn on March 4, 1947. They moved to Pampa, Texas and they were members of Highland Baptist Church. After retirement, they moved to Granbury. They were active members at Lakeside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents C.B and Gladys Box; husband: Nolan Earl Welborn; daughter: Gayle Kelley; granddaughter: Mindy Kelley and daughter- in-law; Ketha Welborn.

Virginia is survived by her daughter: Sandra Wollmann and husband Fred; and son: Nolan G. Welborn: Grandchildren: Cory Taylor, Stacy Whited, Kimbra Ela, Tammy Parker, Brandon Welborn, and Brent Welborn; 15 great-grandchildren ; one Great-Great grandchild; Brother: Jerry Box and wife Patsy.
