Wanda was born May 20, 1939 in Fort Worth to Jesse and Wanda Marie Porter. She had a nursing degree. Wanda married Damon Bryant Hipkins on Dec. 21, 1973 in Odessa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Damon in 1995 and by her parents.
Survivors: Children, Debra Hall, Vickey Taylor, Rusty Taylor; grandchildren, Crystal Freeman, Russell Taylor, Jr., Corey Hillger and Kelcie Patrick; six great grandchildren; and sister, Carolyn Holland.
