Wilbert “Eugene” McManus was born January 1, 1931, to Clifton and Julia Boyd McManus in Amarillo, TX. He passed away at his home September 11, 2020 at the age of 89.

He is preceded in death by his wife Charlene McManus, second wife Chrystelle McManus, parents Clifton and Julia McManus, siblings Billy Ray McManus, Clifton Jr. McManus, and Betty Jo Kelly, son-in-law Ricky McCoy, and grandson Terry Herron. He is survived by his children Jeannie McCoy, Debbie and Tommy Booker, Darlene and Gary Herron and siblings Merle Sue Durham and June Lee Row. He was “Paw-Paw” to many who included grandchildren Chad McCoy, April Booker, Cary and wife Michelle Herron, Eric and wife Laiza Booker, and Renee and husband Nathan Jackson. He had 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and another on the way.

Service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Lipan Cowboy Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
