William “Bill” Lee Johnson passed away Friday, March 18, 2022.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Ash Creek Cemetery.
Bill was born September 4, 1951 in Fort Worth to the late Eddie and Euginia Johnson. He graduated from Azle High School and then joined the Army National Guard. After completing his service, Bill started his career in the automobile business at Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet. He eventually achieved his goal of owning a Ford dealership. Bill had many talents and skills. He loved to cook, hunt, fish, plant his garden, and raising different exotic animals. Nothing compared to the love Bill had for his daughter, Alexis and her love for him. If you crossed one the other was a force to be reckoned with. He was also a devoted Paw Paw to his three grandchildren. Bill will be missed by many, but is now free from pain.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and three siblings.
Survivors: His daughter, Alexis and husband, Greg; grandchildren, Aubree, Chasen, and Brysen; two siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
