William Edward Brosh, aka William Edwin Brosh Sr., 81, passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2017.
A graveside service will be held at noon, Tuesday, January 24, at St. Joseph Cemetery in Rowena, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Mr. Brosh was born in Runnels County, and had resided in Fort Worth. He was a veteran of the armed forces, and greatly loved his country. He was a mechanic by trade. He had travelled the U.S. as a salesman when young, and was sought after for his muffler experience when his business was established.
He was a father who loved his family with a tender heart, and firmness when needed. He believed in respect and loyalty, and protecting his family and friends. He was deeply loved by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He will be missed every day!
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Charles Brosh and Katherine M. Hennecke Brosh.
Survivors: His children, William Edward Brosh II, and wife, Wyndell; daughters, Katherine L. Hohreiter, Evann Brosh Hay and husband, John, Lillie LeNora Brosh, Cathleen M. Ketchum and husband, Charlie, Deborah Ann Smith and husband, Jerry; step-son, Christopher Mathis; step-daughter, Christa Lackey; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
